Otshepi investment (PTY) LTD is a tracing company specializing in provision of tracing services to the retirement fund industry. We provide a range of services relating to tracing of former members and beneficiaries to retirement funds. We have extensive knowledge about retirement fund industry. Our team has many years of experience in employee benefits (EB) which is in excess of 30 years combined and had worked with various tracing agents prior forming their tracing business. This wealth of experience has helped us in ensuring that we developed processes that will guarantee positive results.
Although our company has been operating from 2015 in the tracing space we have already traced a high volume of former members and beneficiaries of which some records were unsuccessfully traced by other tracing agents. We believe in building long term relationship with our clients and therefore everything we do is done with this in mind. We therefore pay special attention to the needs of our clients.In the three years of our existence we have experienced phenomenal growth and have gone from strength to strength. Otshepi is a 100% black owned business.
Having acquired a wealth of experience in EB administration, legal and fund consulting we ensure that a comprehensive excellence service is rendered to our clients. We use various platforms and methods that ensure that positive trace is achieved. Working together with our clients we are able to assist our clients free of charge in tracing certain records that otherwise wouldn’t have been traced.
Whilst we strive for both Quantitative and qualitative results we ensure that quality of information and claim documentation passed on to fund administrators enable seamless payment processing. We spare no effort in explaining claiming processes to claimants and guide them through the steps of completing and returning the claim documents. We are accessible to traced member even on weekdays and weekends.
