Otshepi investment (PTY) LTD is a tracing company specializing in provision of tracing services to the retirement fund industry. We provide a range of services relating to tracing of former members and beneficiaries to retirement funds.
We have extensive knowledge about retirement fund industry. Our team has many years of experience in employee benefits (EB) which is in excess of 30 years combined and had worked with various tracing agents prior forming their tracing business. This wealth of experience has helped us in ensuring that we developed processes that will guarantee positive results.

If you want to verify the authenticity of the agent request that the agent provides you with the details of Fund representative or administrators that can confirm the agent claiming to be acting on behalf of the Fund.
A tracing agent must be in the position to provide you with the claim documents that you must complete and return to the agent. These claim documents must be accompanied by the former member or beneficiary certified ID, Bank statement and SARS income tax number.
Funds normally do not provide tracers with Fund values however this can be obtained from the Fund administrators on request.
Funds normally provide list of unclaimed records to tracing agents, if you were a former member of the fund, you can contact the fund administrator to check if you have. unclaimed benefits
